Account 25% for any reservation. the balance will be paid upon arrival.
- Any reservation should be confirmed within 7 days, together with the first
payment, in order to be garanted.
- The week will be considered from saturday to saturday and sunday to sunday.
- It will be request deposit € 80,00 that will be refunded after inventory made
before leaving.
- Each extra person for apartment will be charged € 6,00 per day except for children
up to 5 years old
- The sheet rent is € 12,00/pair and the towel set rent is € 8,00/pers. (washing included).
- For small cottages 40m2 you can use the common washing machine: € 5,00 for each
washing cicle.
- There is an extra payment for the final cleaning that will be € 20,00 for 40 m2
cottages, € 30,00
for 60 m2 cottages and € 40,00 for 80 m2 cottages, unless it is done by the renter.
- In low and mid season week-ends are availables.
